NFGinsights – End User License Agreement
Effective Date: 1/27/2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of NFGinsights (“Application”), owned and operated by NFG Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using NFGinsights, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
- License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use NFGinsights for your internal business purposes.
- Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in NFGinsights, including software, data models, workflows, and intellectual property, remain the exclusive property of NFG Consulting LLC.
- Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Application
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Application for unlawful purposes
- Circumvent security or usage controls
- Data Access
By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize NFGinsights to access financial and operational data for the sole purpose of providing analytics, dashboards, and advisory tools.
- Disclaimer
NFGinsights provides financial insights and modeling tools. It does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You remain responsible for all business and financial decisions.
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NFG Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to use the Application ends.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
